AGF Bossier City Update. We took two kids and seven adults down to bossier to compete today. As always we are extremely proud of how they carried themselves on and off the mats. Our Adults placed 2nd overall in No Gi and 3rd overall in Gi. Total the kids and adults are bringing 12 Golds 🥇, 6 silvers 🥈 and 1 bronze 🥉 back to Mccurtain County

Big night for the Academy last night! We added 1 purple belt, 6 blue belts and 3 green belts to the ranks. Congratulations to everyone that was promoted and huge thank you to everyone that has trained with us. It takes each and every one of you for us all continue to grow. As much as we want to think that our accomplishments are our own, everyone that steps in the doors has placed finger prints on each others story. Again congratulations and thank you, we are excited to continuing to learn and grow together.

Quick reminder! Our 6:30-7:30 adult BJJ class tonight (7/30/26) will be No Gi. Prof Casey will be with us tomorrow (7/31/26) and will be in the Gi.

Little Kids classes Canceled today 7/23/26

- we apologize for the late notice but due to a power outage in Broken Bow little kids class is canceled today

-They are estimating the power to be back up big kids class and adult class will be at regularly scheduled time 5:30-6:30pm and 6:30-7:30pm

Several of our adult athletes stepped onto the competition mat this weekend! As a group they are bringing home 11 golds 🥇, 2 silvers 🥈and 2 bronze 🥉
Hayes doubled up hitting NAGA in OKC and AGF in Tulsa winning all of his brackets
Kam earned Gold in both his no gi and no gi challenger brackets, 2nd in his gi challenger and 3rd in his gi bracket
Seth earned Gold in both his gi and no gi brackets
Clay took 2nd in his no gi bracket and 3rd in his Gi bracket
