Why: Season opener Hat Trick

This weeks hall of Fame Shout Out goes to Logan Andrew for coming out swinging and scoring a Hat Trick in the season opener against Madison East leading his team to a 3-0 victory ro start the season!

Logan has been training with us in Oconomowoc week after week for almost 3 years now. In that time Logan has added over 100lb to his squat and 50lb to his bench as well adding multiple inches to his vertical jump and several miles per hour to his sprints.

Keep up the great work this season Logan! Things are just getting started!

Why: Doubled his Max Bench (135 > 280) and Box Squat (205 > 415)

This week’s Hall of Fame Shout Out goes to Adam Anderson who just graduated from Lake Country Lutheran and will be playing football in a few short weeks at Winona State as a D-End.
Over three years…
Adam Doubled his Max Bench and Box Squat

Adam was one of our first athletes when we opened Oconomowoc in 2023 and has been one of the most consistent and relentless athletes to come through our doors.

His 3-4 visits a week over the last 3½ years have doubled his original Max Bench from 135lbs to 280lbs and Box Squat from 205lbs to 415lbs.

In that same time Adam has added over 8” to his vertical and nearly 2 feet to his broad jump.

It wasn’t easy and didn’t happen overnight, but with the right mindset and consistent actions, it was only a matter of time!
