Kolibri's Mini-Retreat (partial) Day: 10a Peaceful Yoga, 11:30a Guided Meditation, 12:15p Journaling (with Guided Prompts) Choose all 3 or ala carte for what fits your busy schedule!
No experience necessary; we should be done by about 1:30ish as we leave a little time at the end for optional discussion.

-We accept private individual and small group reservations for a variety of classes, appointments, and events- Peaceful Yoga, Guided Meditation, Reiki Energy Healing, Full Body Stretch (thai massage), Akashic Records Readings and more. Email or message for appointment. A variety of days and times are available and some appointments we can do online! Options for virtual or phone-RSVP/registration required to add you to the call or stream.
REGISTRATION via private message, email or via our online scheduler if you have an account.
DETAILS-Due to space limitations to promote physical distancing, preference given to those who RSVP/register at least 24 hours in advance.
PARKING: Park on Pleasant St. please. If you have not been to our studio before, please let us know so we can direct you to parking and entrance.
-Minimum and maximum attendance for all classes and events; registration and/or RSVP via email, private message, or phone, at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class to get settled. Please bring your own mat, blanket, yoga blocks and strap if at all possible. Yoga socks suggested.
