Wherever you currently find yourself on the spectrum of success in whatever endeavor is important to you (e.g. career, creativity, finances, fitness, relationships), it can be quite helpful to regularly remind yourself of the importance of embracing PUH. And, yes, that's pronounced "poo".
What's PUH?
Good question! ;-) You can find out here:

Like all other animals, humans need to play. We're happier, healthier, more productive, and learn faster when play is prevalent in our lives.
But "play" doesn't always mean just fun and games. It can be exhausting and painful. As Joseph Campbell says, "Sometimes pain is bliss."
How often do you play? Do you see it as a luxury or a necessity? If the you think the latter—or if you think the former but felt like you "haven't had time" to do so lately—remember that play is as much a mindset as an activity. How can you add more of that into your life?

Did you know your lifetime odds of being struck by lightning are about 1 in 12,000?
And did you also know your odds of being able to function optimally on fewer than the recommended minimum 7 hours of sleep per day is even less than the odds of being struck by lightning at some point in your lifetime?
Yeah, so... sleep is kind of important. Here's a simple strategy to start getting more of it:
What does sleep affect? (Hint: Everything!)

Most people working toward fitness or body composition goals are hyper-focused on what to do for exercise and nutrition.
Of course, those are both important components of the process. But neglecting one other specific component can cause progress to stall even when the exercise & nutrition components are in place.
What is that other component? It's sleep.
Yeah, yeah, I know. Sleep isn't as cool or sexy as how much you can bench or that organic salad with gluten-free croutons and free-range chicken that you had for lunch. But working toward optimizing your sleep is a requirement if you want that other stuff to do the job you think it's supposed to do.
And optimizing your sleep doesn't have to be difficult or complicated. Here's the first (simple) step you can practice without too much fuss that will produce far more benefits than you might imagine: https://ckarchive.com/b/p9ueh9h3z8l73

Not every goal or objective that you set for yourself needs to be *amazing* or game-changing, particularly when you're starting out with something new (fitness or otherwise). In fact, most of them won't be.
What they *will* be are stepping stones to future goals that will likely be more meaningful to you.
So, what's next for you? Have you been wishy-washy about it? Or have you decided...?
You get to decide what's next...
