Sokol Spirit Our mission is to provide fitness and community for all ages. Come check us out, because we have a fun program for you.

Sokol Spirit has been serving the community for decades and hosts a multitude of opportunities for individuals and families to meet new neighbors, work out and get fit, learn something new, or just have fun through our programs. Just down the block in Brookfield, IL we offer the traditions of the old Sokol programs along with new trends on physical fitness such as Wheel gymnastics, spin classes, yoga instruction, group fitness and intramural team sports.
