CrossFit Posted in Brookfield, Illinois offers group classes and personal training with concentrations in CrossFit, strength and conditioning, gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, as well as CrossFit kids and teens classes. CrossFit Posted is a family owned and operated business offering group classes and personal training with concentrations in CrossFit, strength, conditioning, and olympic weightlifting. We build, train, and coach athletes of all levels and our facility is home to a comprehensive blend of equipment, weights, and fitness amenities that help make the experience rewarding and unique. The workouts are always changing. We focus our training around compound (multi-joint) movements. This includes, but is not limited to olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebell training, jumping, running, and rowing. It's our goal to help you perform them safely, quickly, and efficiently.Our program is for the elite competitor looking to get to the next level as well as the novice wanting to get into shape. The CrossFit regimen that we employ is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. What truly sets CrossFit Posted apart from other gyms in the area, aside from the workouts themselves, is the sense of community and support each of our members has for each other.
