Albany half & full marathon 20th anniversary. It’s always fun to go race with friends. We ran half and won our AG.
Humidity was at 99% so even thought temp wasn’t too hot, it was quite challenging. I was very happy hamstring pain was kept at bay for the entire way.

Gravel ride is a great option for off season training. Cold day but plenty of sunshine for invigorating ride!
I’m so happy my friend, Steph, got the bike and also love the gravel riding!
Let’s get outside to gravel!

Another year at Atlanta Thanksgiving Half Marathon with Kyle Pease Foundation. Push assist for Mac this year with a team of 5 girls. It was very exciting to see Mac got up on his own feet to crossed the finish line! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to give back.

It is the race to remember.

Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Marbella Spain was an epic race!
The bike course had 5900 ft of elevation gains over 56 mile and the view from the top of mountain was magnificent! The run course had lots of turns and terrain to make it more challenging on fatigued lags.
Proud to finish 15th in AG with under 2 hr run.
This is the race to remember!

Santa Rosa Island Sprint Triathlon
Huge congratulations to Chris getting 2nd place in hi AG. This was his first triathlon 10 years ago and his goal has been podium at this race since. This is 5th and I finally achieved his goal to wrap up his sprint tri racing for a while.
He made him his coach so proud for his hard work.
Izumi got Senior Grand Master Female 👵🏼 & awarded a hand curved huge tiki. 😁
Great race weekend for the Team iZOOMi!

It was great to see a lot more people were racing Tugaloo Sprint & Olympic triathlon today than last year.
It was great to see All3sports/Podium teammates I haven’t seen for a while and many other familiar faces.

Huge congrats to Chris for 2nd place in his AG doing sprint. He actually PR by 2 minutes on this course!! Made his coach very proud.
Izumi did Olympic and got 2nd female master.
We had a beautiful weather and a lot of fun! Thanks to for a great race.

Huge congrats to Chris racing Mountain Lake Sprint this weekend.
At the end of last year, he was told he could not race this year due to conditions off his back by one of orthopedic doctors. He was devastated. Went for 2nd opinion and he was told he could race if he would do PT but it would be last year of racing. So, he work exactly what was recommended and got himself back in shape to race again.
It was slower than a couple years ago re did the same race but I’m more proud of his race this year.
He has a couple of more races this year and ready to put 100% effort to finish this year strong!
So proud of you, Chris! 💪👏👏👏👏

Finding your tribe in sports is one of the keys for your success however you define it.
These friends are the reasons why I started running marathon and got motivated to go Boston Marathon. I got to ran Boston 4 times they inspired me to get better & faster.
Even though we are all living in different city & country, I know these are my lifelong friends.

10 year anniversary for Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga was held last Sunday. Unfortunately, swim was canceled due to rapid current and race was started with time trial start but the weather was favorable for a good race day.
Huge congrats to sponsored athlete, Grace Alexander, to win Pro female. 👏👏👏
Also to my friend, Bethany, for her 10 consecutive years of racing. 👏👏👏
Izumi also won her AG and punched a ticket to world championships which will be held in Marbella Spain in November!
We are lucky to have this race close to us to see many friends racing & spectating.
