Here at Bluestem Bicycles, we want to help you acheive your goals, whether it be building a dependable bike for year-round commuting, repairing that clunker you've had in your garage for years, or improving your training to finally compete in that century ride you've been dreaming of. We want to do our part to make BMX, touring, racing, mountain biking, in-town transportation, (and whatever else you do with your two-wheeler) accessible to all. We offer repairs, new and used bicycles, and a range of bicycle-related equipment, whether it be for safety, or just for fun. If you're in need of something out of the ordinary, we specialize in being super excited about your project and are happy to make those custom orders.

Check it out! One of our bikes will be on stage during the Brookings Community Theatre production of The Wizard of Oz, at the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center, August 13 to August 16. We offer a variety of quality used bikes for witches, warlocks, and wizards, crafted for midnight flights under a full harvest moon.

We (Caleb Evenson & Casey McCormick) would like to thank everyone for helping us experience a childhood dream that's turned into a real taxable endeavor. The shop wouldn't be here without the public's participation, and for that we are truly grateful, and to say thanks, we would like to offer you a free meal on Saturday and discounts for the month of JULY.
