My Trauma Informed Yoga class is made to help you safely reconnect with your body and mind. While calming an overactive nervous system, reducing symptoms of anxiety and PTSD, leaving you with a sense of quiet empowerment after class. Poses are slow and grounding, focusing on tension release ,gently reminding the body how to relax again.
