Field Day will always be peak end of school fun, but when you add a “going to be retired teacher bounce house race” to mix… get your popcorn ready.

At Viking Sports, we believe communities become stronger when young people are encouraged, celebrated, and given opportunities to shine.

That belief led to the creation of the Framingham Impact Awards.

This past Saturday, students, families, teachers, coaches, community leaders, and supporters gathered at Framingham High School to celebrate ten young people who are making a positive difference through their leadership, character, kindness, and commitment to others.

What made the day so memorable was seeing each student’s story come to life. Through video interviews produced by Access Framingham and conversations on stage, attendees had the opportunity to learn about the people behind the nominations and the impact they are making every day.

Congratulations to our inaugural Framingham Impact Award winners: Eden, Cecil, Raven, Blake, Lily, Keenan, Draydin, Gregory, Pietro, and Lavinia.

Thank you to Access Framingham, the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest, the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce, Mary Kate Feeney, the teachers who attended, and the families who filled the auditorium with pride and support.

This event was created to recognize students who make their communities better, and after Saturday, we’re more excited than ever about what this event can become in the years ahead.

What a day! 🚐⚽🏕️

The Viking Sports team was all over Massachusetts today:
☀️ Summer Camp
⚽ World Cup Watch Party with the Brookline Recreation Department at the Brookline Teen Center
🎉 Field Day in Ludlow with an awesome group of 8th graders

Days like this remind us how lucky we are to do what we do. Different communities, different events, and hundreds of smiles along the way.

Tomorrow we’re back at it again with another World Cup Watch Party at Roots Athletic Center in Westfield from 7:00–11:00 PM.

If you’re in the area, come join the fun!
