Training for the Strong Women Deadlift Competition or simply looking to improve your form and skills? Our personal trainers are offering complimentary 30-minute Barbell Basics workshops all month long!
Learn how to use the barbells and squat rack, as well as proper technique to help you increase strength while staying safe. Trainers will review warm ups, how to adjust the racks, and proper form for deadlifts, squats and bench presses.

We’re closing out the day with a spotlight on Maria Vachon. Maria has been with Healthworks Group for 33 years, and you all know her and LOVE her just like we do!
Maria joined Healthworks as a member while she was a freshman in college and was an instructor with us by the time she graduated. She loves bringing fitness and the joy of movement into peoples’ lives. To Maria, a body in motion stays in motion, so keep moving anyway that works for you.
You can catch Maria teaching Barre, BODYPUMP, BUILD X, IGNITE, LOCOMOTION and STEP in-club or from anywhere with HWX Digital Studio! Maria is a born teacher, and when she’s not at Healthworks, she’s working as a preschool teacher… or biking, hiking and spending time outdoors.

Our NEW Healthworks Fit App launched this morning, which is why you may have had access issues last night or earlier this morning. You’ll need to download the new app and create a new account/login in order to access it, our class schedules and to enroll in class.
We sent an email this morning to get set up, but please visit our website if you missed the email or have any additional questions. healthworksfitness.com/app
The current logins you have to the "Healthworks Fitness" (Netpulse) app and "MICO Website" will no longer be needed after activating your new account and downloading the new app. Please note this has no affect on our HWX Digital Studio app.

Attention members, our new Healthworks Fit App, Class Schedule and Member Management website launching next week!
This is a completely new platform to us so you will need to create a NEW account and password once it's active, and then you'll be able to use it to check in, enroll in classes and manage your membership on the web and in the app. The current logins you have to the "Healthworks Fitness" app and "MICO Website" will no longer be needed after the launch.
Please note that your login to HWX Digital Studio will not change and remain different than the new app. Our HWX Digital Studio App and website will remain your source for great On Demand and Livestream classes and workouts.
Be on the lookout for an email on Tuesday to download and get your new account set up!

Healthworks Back Bay will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 17, but all other clubs will remain open (and Back Bay members are invited to attend any other club for the day).
We will also be open normal hours on Good Friday and Patriot's Day, but please note the Boston Marathon can make it difficult to reach our Back Bay and Coolidge Corner clubs.
Women running the Marathon are welcome to use our Back Bay club to store items and shower, regardless of your membership status, but proof of vaccine is required.
