Static Rotations FUNdamentals Series⁠
⁠
Take that trick and spin it – on static! This workshop teaches the fundamentals of generating seamless rotational movement on the static pole. Learn dynamic ascents, descents and combinations that will make your head spin, literally. ⁠

Begin with the basics on how to generate smooth rotation from the ground. Take it up into the air with more complex climbs, transitions and sequences. ⁠
⁠
To get the most from this series it is recommended you know how to spin, sit and climb the pole. *You do not need to invert to take this workshop. Static pole only.

Been wanting to start your pole journey? This series is the perfect opportunity for you to dive in in a safe and supportive environment! In our 4-week intro to pole series you’ll learn the basics of pole dancing - how to pivot, turn, spin, wave, and slide your way around the pole. You’ll have the same instructor guiding you on your journey and will progress with the same group of new dancers for the whole month. With consistency you’ll build newfound strength and coordination - and most importantly, have fun!

then i was the one in class, then on stage (here i am in my 1st showcase). now on may 23 i’m teaching pole level 1 at Full Circle Brooklyn – the place where all of it started.
