We walk into a new month tomorrow!!! It may be a Monday and all that new week urgency is hitting, but slow down. Think about how August was for you. Envision how you want to walk into these last few moths of the year. What didn’t work? Now, release that lean into what did work AND have a fantastic Monday!

Summer is winding down, but there’s still time to soak up a little more joy. ā˜€ļøšŸ’›

This weekend, make space for something that fills your cup: move your body, sit in the sun, call a friend, take the long way home, go to the beach, or simply give yourself permission to slow down.

Joy doesn’t always have to be big or planned. Sometimes it’s just choosing one small thing that makes you feel good.

Meet us on the mat this Saturday. šŸ’›

Join Kim at 4:30PM for Urban Unity, a heart-forward flow rooted in movement, connection, and community.

Kim considers her yoga teaching style to be a reflection of her—a little sweet, spicy, powerful and constantly seeking the space to go deeper to connect fully within oneself. She invites students of all levels to join her in that journey with a few requirements: an open heart, willingness to surrender, and the desire to meet yourself in a new way.

Whether you’re into the cosmic stuff or not, the message of this full moon and eclipse still feels timely: slow down.

There’s a lot moving around us and within us. Today, we’re sending our thoughts and care around the world, especially to the people of Nepal.

Whether something is unfolding at our doorstep or across the globe, we are connected by the same energy, the same humanity, and the same need for care.

Move a little slower today. Make room to feel. Hold yourself and each other Heart Forward. šŸŒ•

There’s a lot of heavy energy in the air right now. Between the eclipses, the weight of recent losses, and everything happening around us, it can feel like a lot to carry.

But if there’s anything Dolly Parton’s life can remind us, it’s to live with purpose AND on purpose. Leading with generosity AND making room for joy. We should leave the spaces we move through a little brighter than we found them. šŸ«¶šŸ¾āœØ

LET THEM. People are going to feel how they feel. Despite it all you have to live your life. No one else can do it for you. AI can’t generate the experience. We take it one breath at a time. Life is too short , we have to give it our best.
