Huge congrats to Mandy & Caitlin for completing Baptiste Power Yoga Level One Teacher Training, with the man himself, Baron Baptiste. Baron Baptiste

This intensive training is a profound exploration of movement as a vehicle for personal growth.

Power Yoga combines mobility, breath work, focus, and is an incredible cardiovascular workout. It is the ultimate cross training mechanism for anyone looking to improve performance and longevity💪❤️‍🔥
