Quick kickboxing fight choreo with John & Josiah!

This sequence is a fun remix of a combo we recently learned from the amazing , plus some fantastic Savate Boxe Francaise combinations from .usa . We threw it together in class in less than an hour to create some dynamic screen combat!

We even added the reactions to the end of the final combo to show how it might end if you don't keep your guard up 🥊💥 😵‍💫!

It's been a minute, but here's some Savate flows we recently played with!

How do we create these "flows"? We practice combos from various curriculums, then try and memorize them and play them out as a fluid "choreography" set where attack-and-defend is still in a series of continuous movement and instinctual reactions.

In this case, we were practicing some combinations from Professor Nicolas Saignac's fantastic Teachable curriculum platform.
