There are many different methods of (IF) ๐Ÿ•’. Two of the most common are the 16:8 hour daily split of fasting vs. eating ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ and the 5:2 version, in which one consumes a normal caloric load for five days per week ๐Ÿง† and restricts calories to under 500 per day for two days of the week ๐Ÿฅฆ.

Potential benefits of IF may include:
