SLAYHOUSE CIRCUS PERFORMER SPOTLIGHT - PART 5 🎪

RUDI AFTERDARK rudi_afterdark_
Rudi AfterDark is stoked to be doing their first ever pole showcase at her home studio! I love that pole dancing has no rules and boundless creative expression, and it’s exactly why It’s become such an important part of my life. This piece plays with the dynamics of being a reptile- a serpent. Often perceived as scary or intimidating, or to some beautiful, and then sometimes viewed as seductive. I was extremely inspired by the idea of snake charmers who would remove the venom glands, defang or sew their mouths shut. I aim to play with this idea of how in the modern world, there’s just an illusion of danger, instead of the actual mastery. To me, if there was a real performance or skill, the risk of danger would be the price to ‘tame’ the snake...

LEVEL UP 1-2 starting 10/7 with ‧ ˚ ₊ ꒰ Qiqi ♡ ꒱ ︶⊹︶︶୨୧︶︶⊹︶

LEVEL UP 2-3 starting 10/8 with Gab la Belle
If you’ve got your leg hangs on lock and are inverting with ease; your Superman is, dare we say, chill, and you want more inverted go-tos than a jade split, you’re likely ready to move up to Level 3.

OCTOBER TEACHER FEATURE: LEAH RAYE ❤️‍🔥

Leah is a New York native and pole dancer for going on a decade. She found pole during a tumultuous period of her life while otherwise competing as an elite-level powerlifter. Hooked after her first class, pole gave her an expressive outlet for her physical strength and the keys to her favorite version of herself. Today she dances by night, and by day instructs at and manages IncrediPole and is a licensed massage therapist since 2009. She loves heavy music, tarot and old school horror films.

SLAYHOUSE CIRCUS SPOTLIGHT - PART 3 🎪

WOLFY 𝖂𝖔𝖑𝖋𝖞 🐺 𝕱𝖚𝖘𝖍𝖎𝖌𝖚𝖗𝖔 🌚
I’ve been doing pole consistently for 3yrs now & love high energy, fear defying tricks and drops. Fueled by none other than metal and a carnal feminine rage, I live to disturb and freak out my audience. My latest bag of tricks includes frightening, daring, and some might say life threatening stunts (well not quite yet I’m still swallowing hangers and haven’t moved up to swords YET). Do you dare witness what you may not understand? Allow me to introduce you all, to my distorted world.

KACEY Kacey Czosnowski
A lover of drama and storytelling, Kacey has been invested in exploring aerial arts since 2013. Starting with pole and moving through silks, lyra, hammock, straps, aerial pole, and now a new apparatus: the cube, she has always been fascinated with the language of movement.

BEARDED LADY Aggie
Maybe she’s born with it. Maybe it’s Maybelline. This mutated maned maven comes to you from the depths of a deshed and detangle to bring you a show!

Have you got your 🎟️ yet? You know where to find them, October is upon us!
