Welcome Emily Sipnick (), our newest Pilates instructor, and see her Q & A below! 🤩

• What first connected you to Pilates?

The ballet studio I grew up at, Naples Dance Conservatory, has a Pilates room, where I started working with Patricia Perez a little over 10 years ago!

• Where have you studied Pilates?

At Pilates Reforming New York, where I completed the Balanced Body Pilates workshops, I study with master instructor Ann Toran.

I learn new things from my clients and the studios I teach at every day.

• Why do you like teaching Pilates?

It makes me feel uplifted, empowered, and grateful to be able to teach Pilates. Helping clients feel better and more connected with themselves is such a rewarding experience. Feeding off each other’s energy makes it very special to me!

• Is there an area of Pilates you feel a special connection with?

The community in Pilates – teachers and clients alike are always a source of inspiration. I love learning about their Pilates journeys and practice. It’s so personal and unique!

• Do you have a specific Pilates outlook?

Pilates is becoming more and more its own universal language – being able to practice and learn with people from around the world has been such a beautiful experience.

• What do you like to do in your free time?

I love to relax at the beach! I’m originally from Florida, so I’m always into beaches and being out in the sun.

Also, I’m a professional ballet dancer!
