Every month I teach LIVE VIRTUAL Fascia Release™️ my signature guided somatic technique, a self massage workshop where I teach you how to relieve tension, chronic pain and get the information and tools you need to care for yourself at home ❤️ when you sign up you get recording access!
I offer a seasonal super beginner friendly Virtual Running Club where participants join a group chat, get group zoom calls and weekly run workouts. Together we learn how to become consistent, injury free runners ❤️
And I have a coaching program called Nourish Yourself where we work together to create a consistent movement plan + way to eat that supports YOU without self doubt and anxiety❤️
