What an incredible weekend at our annual spring tournament. Taking 2 teams for the first time and spending the weekend with wonderful families and friends. I had the privilege to coach and watch many of these boys and girls grow into young adults. They played a relentless style of hockey all weekend against intense competition with 16U finishing in 3rd and 14U in second with thrilling one goal nail biting games. So proud of them!!! And 3 of the kids were approached by a scout this weekend. Unreal! Special thank you to all the coaches that helped me and to .caputo for her help to bring it all together and take care of us all. This weekend it was my honor and a privilege to captain the NY Rangers development staff team at the 12 hour challenge to raise money for the garden of dreams. 8 teams combined to raise approximately $240,000.
