Boss/Co-workers/Employees
Can't get s**t done in regards to your health & fitness....
It's those people's (or some combination thereof) fault.
Hold on....
Actually it's YOUR fault.
You allow those people to make their priorities your priority.
Then your actual priorities become "I wish I had time for...."
Until you flip that script you'll at best be trading water and just resetting the same goals over and over again.
At worst you'll realize you have closet full of clothes that don't fit, no energy to do anything fun even if you had the time and you'll just generally be bitter & unhappy. 🤷🏾♂️

If I had my way all you ladies would be deadlifting, squatting and pressing.
You'd be doing it with significant weight too.
After doing it for a few weeks you'd realize you haven't really been thinking about your "diet".
You're sleeping better too.
And I'll be damned if you didn't just order a new dress in a smaller size.
Instead you want to do it your way.
The way where you're more concerned with the weight on the scale than the weight on the bar.
The way where you bounce from diet to diet.
The way where you're stuck on the hamster wheel not making progress.

I don't know what Prolon is.
I've seen this ad on my Facebook a couple of times over the last couple days.
I haven't clicked on it. I don't ever plan on clicking on it.
I'm still comfortable saying Prolon isn't worth it🤷🏾♂️

5 SUPER SIMPLE THINGS...
You can do this week to progress towards your health & fitness goals.
If you do these this week and continue doing them I promise you'll see results.
I also promise you'll see those results faster than if you try intermittent fasting, doing 8 Peloton,3 yoga sessions and 4 HIIT classes.
If you have questions about any of these, ask away.
I'm afraid though, that these are so simplistic that you won't believe me and not give them a shot.
Prove me wrong. I dare you.

Throwback Thursday

This New Year's Eve was spent very differently.
It makes sense. Our lives are very different.
It'd be silly for me to expect the same outcome as something 14yrs ago.
I'm pretty sure we can agree to that.
Yet when it comes to fitness and nutrition...
You continually go back to s**t that used to work
And expect the same results.
