KNICKERBOCKER HISTORY BOOK BY MARTY IS HERE!!!
We are very excited to announce that former President Marty Baron has completed his research and writing of the first ever book about our club.  It is entitled "The Tennis Courts at Tennis Court, A Memoir of Life, Love and Tennis".  Marty was President for 14 years and if not for him and VP Sam Debs who saw the club thru some very difficult times, we would not be in the position we are today. The book really gives you great insights into what it was like to be a member back then. The book is now available for purchase for $25 with ALL proceeds going to the Knickerbocker Junior Foundation. It's a fun and quick read. If you are interested in purchasing a copy, please contact Ray and you will be able to pick it up at the club. This is a must read for all of our members!!

Despite the rain, our members had a blast at our annual Breakfast at Wimbledon Party. The final might not have been as exciting as fans would have hoped for but good company and excellent food more than made up for it.

Good Morning,
PLEASE BE ADVISED:
There will be a water shut off this morning to repair our water main pipe.
There will be no running water at the club starting at approximately 8:30 am until the repair is completed...

A new bike rack is now in place on the right side of the front porch (as you are looking at the courts). It holds 5 bikes but we are ordering a second one. Please park your bikes in the new rack and not on the handrails on the ramp to the clubhouse. Thanks to new Board member Tom Backner for doing the research and putting it together.
