We teach traditional Martial Arts with a focus on Shuai Chiao (Chinese Wrestling) and San Shou (Full Contact Kickboxing). If you're looking for self-defense, Shuai Chiao & San Shou have been used for thousands of years in traditional military training in China! If you're looking to get in shape, we can do that! If you're looking for a stress reliever...come throw, punch and kick stuff!! This is a fun, year round sport that is available for all ages and all fitness levels.
