✨ Teacher Highlight: Meet Hanne ✨
Starting tonight, Hanne will be leading our Sunday 5:30 PM Gentle Vinyasa (Pre/Postnatal Friendly) class. She’ll also be offering several special workshops in the coming months, stay tuned for details.
💫 A note from Hanne:
“I first came to yoga in my early 20s as a way to supplement my dance training. What I didn’t expect was how deeply grounding the practice would become. Through yoga, I discovered a new sense of presence and connection with myself.
In the years that followed, I experienced debilitating chronic pelvic pain. That journey led me to explore more accessible movement practices and therapeutic approaches to healing.
Today, as a Yoga and Pilates teacher, I bring acceptance, compassion, and the reminder that you are not alone in your experience. My goal is to help people feel more connected to their bodies, more supported in their healing, and more connected to one another.
My work primarily serves those living with chronic pain, chronic pelvic conditions, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.”
We are honored to have Hanne share her knowledge, lived experience, and thoughtful approach with our community. Join her on Sundays and give yourself space to move, breathe, and reconnect. 🤍

Sometimes when teachers check in with students, we hear:
“I’m not flexible, that’s why I’m here.”
And yes, movement and breath can absolutely help improve mobility. But yoga was never meant to only change the physical body.
We are made of many layers:
physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
Every practice has the potential to touch more than muscles and flexibility. It can shift the way we breathe, respond, feel, connect, and move through life.
In modern yoga spaces, we often access only a few of these layers, depending on how we practice and how deeply we listen. But the practice holds far more potential than we sometimes realize.
You are not limited to what your body can do today.
There is intelligence, awareness, healing, and possibility already within you.
Yoga is not only about becoming more flexible.
It is about becoming more connected.

Midweek reminder ✨
Sometimes the practice is not about forcing balance,
but about gently redirecting the mind when it begins to drift.
In the middle of the week, when the mind feels scattered, tired, reactive, or overwhelmed, Yoga Sutra 2.33 offers a simple but profound teaching:
“When disturbed by negative thoughts, cultivate the opposite.”
Inversions invite us into that practice in real time.
To meet fear with breath.
Tension with softness.
Control with trust.
Pressure with presence.
Not by pretending everything is light and easy,
but by remembering we can choose where we place our attention.
Practice is the continual return. 💛

In the Dark, We Begin: A New Moon Sound Bath with Molly 🌚
Friday May 15th 8-9:30pm | Sliding Scale $25-40
Join us for a monthly Friday evening ritual of unwinding in ceremony, an opening into the weekend and a return to self, held in community. 💫
On the eve of the Super New Moon, we gather to release, soften, and reset through sound and vibration. In the dark, the noise fades, the body settles, and your inner rhythm becomes clear.
This sound bath offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your natural state of balance.
✨ Come to rest
✨ Come to receive
✨ Come back to yourself
No experience necessary.
About Molly:
She is a sound healer and intuitive guide, devoted to helping others reconnect with their natural rhythm and highest frequency. Her work weaves together sound, nature, art, presence, and subtle energetics, creating spaces for deep unwinding and inner harmony.
She believes healing is a return: to the body, to the breath, and to the truth of who we are beneath the noise.

“Breath, balance & belonging,
Yoga for Perimenopause and Menopause”
We are excited to offer a special workshop with Marta designed to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
This workshop will combine accessible yoga movement, targeted pranayama, and guided meditation to help regulate the nervous system, ease common symptoms, and create a sense of empowerment and connection during this major life transition.
Together, we will explore supportive practices for:
⚡️Hot flashes
⚡️Sleep disruption
⚡️Anxiety and mood swings
⚡️Fatigue
⚡️Brain fog
⚡️Nervous system dysregulation
Drawing from both yogic wisdom and lived experience, this workshop offers practical, non-pharmacological tools that can help you feel more connected, grounded, and supported.
Perimenopause and menopause are often under-discussed in wellness spaces, leaving many women feeling isolated or unprepared. This workshop is intended to create a safe, validating, and embodied environment where all bodies and all levels of experience are welcome.
Whether you are currently experiencing symptoms, approaching this phase of life, or simply looking for supportive tools, we would love to have you join us.
We hope you can be part of this nourishing and empowering experience ✨🙏🏻
