Gleason's Gym is now offering Group Classes/Sessions with World Champion Keisher "Fire" McLeod. You will get in shape like a pro fighter. Fire specializes in burning calories with her amazing jumping rope tricks and boxing exercise training with proper technique. The classes are very affordable. $30 a class (includes the gym fee) $20 (for current gym members).
Schedule: Monday-Friday 1pm, 6pm, 7pm, .
Sundays at 3pm (RSVP for Sunday Class by Saturday)

or calling Gleason's Gym at (718) 797-2872. Class schedules are subject to changes.

Next Boxing Group Session Class with Keisher "Fire" McLeod, is schedule for tonight at 6pm. You must call Gleason's at (718) 797-2872 to sign up by 3pm. Regular schedule is M-F 1pm, 6pm, & 7pm. Sunday Class at 3pm. You must sign up in advance for all classes. $30pp $20pp (Gym members)
