Show your feet some love 💕 This is one of my favorite postpartum exercises (But really it’s great for everyone!)
One thing I was so surprised by after I had my twins was how sore my feet were! But it makes sense- the feet and the pelvic floor are connected, both through fascial lines as well as via biomechanics.
Rolling out your feet is a great way to encourage functional movement and soothe sore feet.
