What does our presence bring to the 🌎 & those around us? Is it joy.. is it safety.. fear.. love.. pain...peace.. Whether we realize it or not we are constantly projecting ourselves into the world around us so our intentions, or lack there of, matter. Lack of intent ='s lack of awareness which leads to a lack of presence. So if there is a lack of intent behind our actions there will be a lack of presence felt. Being aware of the energy we project is important because unintentional actions beget unintentional consequences. When we're intentional behind what we project we will constantly get feedback to help us refine the delivery of our intent. Sometimes that feedback doesn't feel good but Refining the delivery of our intent is necessary to help us refine our actions & gain better overall alignment. I hope for 2022 & beyond that we can collectively refine the delivery of joy, peace & love especially in times we feel the most challenged. Good Actions > Good Intentions

Working out is an essential part of our self-care & is an action of self-love. How you show yourself love matters & it takes time, energy, effort & consistency to bare the fruits of your labor. Jungle warfare training was some of the hardest training I've ever done in my life. During this 7 day course we learned how to navigate the jungle both day & night 🌙, repel down 100 foot cliffs, hasty repel down ravines, zip line, combat exercises w/Marine & Airforce special forces. It wrapped up with a 10 mile Obstacle Course through the jungle which had a 100 yard zip line, 4 25yard zip lines, 15 hasty repel ridges, a 25 foot underwater tunnel(more like mud) & for the last 3 miles we had to create a stretcher out of Sticks & our uniforms to carry our heaviest Marine up & down hills that had Mud THICKER than peanut butter that was hip height 🤦🏽♂️.

What a dichotomy it is to be trained in the art of death at an early age & then commit to teaching people how to get a longer lease on life. At any point you are in control of the impact you have in the world, so I encourage to choose wisely & with your ❤.

Goals are benchmarks not final destinations. One thing I've observed over time is that when people reach their "Goal" weight, bodyfat, PR, ect, they tend to stop doing the work that got them there😕. That can eventually lead to them ending up where they started. That works if you're looking for a 1 & done but if you wish to have longevity behind those gains then it's important to use your Goal as a stepping stone to a lifestyle you'd like to lead. When working on a goal there are certain habits & routines that can be adopted to ensure success. Making sure these habits & routines are sustainable can help you better incorporate these practices into your lifestyle.
