This Monday/memorial day we will be having a fundraiser to help Corey Coopersmith pay for treatment. The workshop will cover how to efficiently hit with power.

Teamwork and accountability

We do what we can to make martial arts affordable for all that's why we haven't raised tuition in over 8 years despite rent increases and higher costs of living. If you find yourself struggling financially we offer Financial aid. See if you qualify for partial or full aid, and a work study program.

Don't have to be better than anyone but your own self-doubt. When you go through a grueling session ask yourself: "did I do my current best?" "Do I miss the taste of water?" "Does the dressing room seem too far for me?"
