“How do you stay consistent?”
Big question right?!
I get asked that a lot
For starters, I schedule as much stuff as I can. Planning things out and putting it in my calendar helps.
That allowed me to create daily routines, and routines build habits.
These routines were built around my schedule and I also had to be able to stick to it.
This is why trainers who have their clients train twice a day is Ridiculous to me.
If running a business, have a job or family to take care of you can’t be doing 2 sessions a day.
Next I follow a diet meal plan that allowed to me still eat carbs and eat foods I enjoyed.
If I hated the foods I was eating I wouldn’t be able to stick to it.
Because it doesn’t feels like I’m on a diet I stick to it longer.
I also learned that one cheat meal doesn’t mean I’ve “fallen off”.
I learned that I don’t need to be on a restrictive diet plan to get results.
If you don’t have a simple and proven system you will forever be unsatisfied without how you look when on the beach.
You’ll be hiding in the pictures or feel awkward and these are pictures and memories that will last a lifetime.

Do you give up easy?
Really think about that qeustion.
Too many people are quick to give up on the important things in life.
Give up on their business goals...
Give up on their fitness goals...
Give up on their dreams...
It's rare that it's because of some huge life changing event.
We all start off with a fitness goal- high energy and motivated, nothing can stop us- but after a fews day or a week...

Y'all know what I'm talking about.
Laziness kicks in and everything is an issue and you can't make it to the gym, can't eat healthy but you can still bad.
Your mental game is as important to work on as your physical game.
Develop your self discipline not just on taking action but on following through!
Without the discipline to follow through anything will stop you.
Laziness is deep rooted in all of us. It will take time, persistence and accountability to help shake that in your fitness journey and other areas of your life you wanna improve on.
Everything in my fitness and business changed once I decided to work on my self discipline.

This is your body, your livelihood, you only get a few years to ride this wave.
Too many people walk around exhausted, dragging themselves through the day, stressed out, self-conscious in and out their clothing, too weak to climb stairs and unable to keep up with the kids.
There's never a better time to turn things around... waiting for it to be perfect to start or get back on track is the worst thing you can do.
Do what you can with what you got.
If you can't train 6 days, do 3
If you can't make home cooked meals 5x a week, do 3
If you can't give up drinking alchohol every weekend, do every other week.
There's always something that can be done, and NOTHING should NEVER be an option.
Figure out what changes can be made in your life and stick to it.
Do those and watch how in a week you start feeling better, having more energy, having confidence.
Think about what that can do for you...
You start performing better in your business and careers and start earning those bonuses
You become a better leader because of your dedication
You become a better dad/mom/wife/spouse and can go back to exciting date nights and fun with the kids.
There's a lot you have given away and losing out on by not priotizing your health and fitness.

Your struggles will push you into being the best version of yourself.
Pain is a great motivator for growth.
Whatever is holding you back is a test of your persistence, your hunger to achieve what you have been dreaming of.
If everything came easy and without a challenge it wouldn't develop your character.
And that lack of development in your character shows up in how easy you give up on your health and fitness goals.
Everytime one little thing happens to you you quit and start making excuses.
In fitness, NO ONE can put in the work for you, or hand it to you. You have to put in 100% of the work.
In your training... in your nutrition... all you.

You're biggest challenge is not that you can't lose the gut and build muscle...
You guys are smart. You already know more or less what you shouldn’t be eating and drinking.
But you still do it!
So the real challenge is your DISCIPLINE!
You feel guilty and stressed out about your inability to stay consistent with dieting and exercising.
Many of you try fad diets to lose weight fast but end up falling short and feeling frustrated with the process of losing weight.
Saying, "Dieting is HARD!"
No its not, you eat every damn day. Even the busiest of us HAVE to eat.
Ima be real with you... I hate getting up early to workout... I don't like tracking my food and that only takes about a minute.
But my goals... my goals aren't average so I have to build unaeverage behaviour.
If you really want to gain control of your weight and most importantly your life you need to do what works!
Here's what you need to stop doing:
❌Stop putting yourself through these fad diets.
❌Stop labeling food as “bad” ...
❌Stop giving up because you messed up one day and feel like a failure now.
And START doing these:
✅ Tracking your calories and/or macros. Invest in learning the proper way of eating.
✅ Implementing portion control to enjoy your tacos on taco Tuesday.
✅ Understand that messing up one day or with one meal won't ruin your transformation.
The belly you got didn't get there overnight, and you won't lose it overnight either. But with the right guidance and program you can lose it faster than you gained it.
My clients have been losing 20lbs on average and building muscle within 12 weeks of them working with me.

Client 6 week Transformation!
