Throwback to a great moment with Paige Turilli, FIVE-time World Champion and part of Angel’s Team 😇

Behind that moment were early mornings, competition preparation and learning what her body needed to feel READY.

Our work focused on full-body 3D awareness. Understanding how her body moves and connects in all THREE planes of motion, from her eyes to her toes.

Preparation also means knowing when she has done enough. Giving her body time to recover and letting the work come together so she can step on stage ready to reach her full potential.

Everything is connected.

Awesome workshop with the amazing Hooley School Of Irish Dance . Thank you Crystal for having me and shoutout to B E L L A 🐅 and Savana Showalter for being a part of Angelsteam😇 and helping these young dancers and their teacher understand the importance of how everything is connected in all three planes of motion.

Focusing only on where it hurts usually misses the real source of your injury.

Was a lot of fun when we explored how their EYE movements helped them get more range of motion
In the posterior chain without any STATIC stretching.

Great weekend LPGA Amateur Golf Association regionals for THE CUP.

I took some off the ladies through a 3-Dimensional warmup over a very traditional approach that they have been doing for a longtime.
With the Functional golf system Gray Institute - a sequence of movements can empower you with a fast and effective golf-specific warm up prior to a round of golf.

Learning cool down and recovery strategies to reduce soreness for your next round, preventing injuries, eliminate pain and improve performance.

Starting where you are successful and build on that success.

Recognize if your body needs to train more resources for mobility, balance, strength or power.

Looking forward to NATIONALS now in Mesquite, Nevada.

Day 2 in the books

Understanding AFS (applied functional science) and how the body truly moves.
We have many transformational zones in Irish Dance, where loading transitions to explosion in all three planes of motion.

When you keep moving the same way and holding yourself the same way which you become very good at🫣🫣 you become vulnerable in other planes of motion.

We get strong by challenging the body in all 3 planes and tweaking new positions and at different speeds .

Dancers like our Gaelic footballers chase the symptoms.
ICE and REST but the real issues in hiding somewhere else in the CHAIN😜

Recovery isn’t just about what you do in the gym. It’s about what you do between sessions too 😇

I first met Peter 2019 in New York at Functional golf System program Gray Institute.
Moving along now with life changing technology helping our clients feel, move and live better.

Congratulations back on top of the box performing and pain free.

Abi reached out to me back in February wondering if I could help her. Was in her 3rd week off 8 weeks not dancing with injury.
All injuries in the foot.🤔
Injury happens when the load exceeds the tissues capacity 😜😜

Abi joined the team and took a 3 Dimensional approach to her conditioning for dance as she certainly dances in all 3 planes of motion and such is life.

Irish dance is all about TURNOUT creating a lot of imbalances and when one area is overloaded somewhere else has to take the load and overtime PAIN will appear.

Understanding what make AFS (applied functional science different)

Physics - Understanding how the human body moves in space.

Biology - Understanding the human body.

Behavioral science- Understanding the drivers that affect the body and how it moves.
