My father is in critical condition in CA. Many of you know my father is a huge part of me putting on races. Right now I am only focused on going through the process of trying to figure out the best solution for my dad's life/death with my family.

Working with Event Brite to have a way for them to get me all of the participants addresses to be able to send refunds.

My heart is heavy because I have to announce we are canceling Elk Creek Trail Race this year. I believe we put on a quality race…t-shirts made in the USA, real post race food, challenging courses with AWESOME SUPPORT, and we have genuine passion for putting on the races; however, we haven't been successful getting enough participants to sign up to even break even financially. I have met all of my goals with the race except the financial goal, so I am proud of what I have accomplished, but disappointed it did not meet my financial goal of breaking even!

If you have thoughts about our races and anything we could do differently I would love to hear the feedback.
