I placed 3rd in Masters (40-44) on Saturday at the NPC Mile High Showdown.🙌🏻 I’m so very thankful for the support I received daily from my family and friends.💕
After the show, I felt a bit disappointed I didn’t place higher. The next morning my sister and I were talking about how it’s not always about achieving your goal, it’s about the journey.
I’m proud of what I’ve achieved. I’m proud I stepped WAY out of my comfort zone and really pushed myself. I ❤️ my boys think their Mama is strong & beautiful. It’s pretty f**kin’ cool!

The photo on the left was taken on January 29th during my 1st consultation with my coach. The 2nd photo taken on March 30 towards the end of my bulk. The 3rd, today. A lot of changes will happen between now and June 1st. I’ll become leaner and defined! Can't wait to see my final package.💪🏼
