key. The free Keep A Breast Foundation: Breast Cancer Nonprofit app will guide you through monthly self exams and let you schedule a monthly reminder - so you never miss your monthly check!

Strong Moms Wear Pink: Standing Together Against Breast Cancer

Oct 13th was Breast Cancer Awareness Day, and on Oct 21st, we’re honoring everyone in our FIT4MOM village who has been touched by breast cancer, a disease that affects 1 in 8 women. Whether it has impacted you personally, a friend, family member or your FIT4MOM sister, every journey matters.

Today, we celebrate survivors, stand with those still fighting, and honor those we’ve lost. At FIT4MOM, we believe there’s strength in our village, and we stand together today and every day.

Join us as we workout for a cause on Oct 21 at 9:30am at Whitetail Park in Lafayette, CO.

Our Breast Cancer Awareness workout is happening at 9:30am at Whitetail Park in Lafayette, and the $25 registration fee goes straight to the Keep A Breast Foundation: Breast Cancer Nonprofit Foundation. Bring your stroller, your friends, and anything pink you own.
