Did you know you can come to the gym just for a massage? 😌

At participating Chuze Fitness locations, our recovery amenities include Human Touch Zero Gravity Massage Chairs designed to give you a comfortable, full-body massage experience right inside the gym.

Just check in, book your massage chair with the front desk, choose your settings, settle into zero gravity and let the chair do the rest.

No workout required. We support a gym trip dedicated entirely to doing less. 💙

From October 19–24, select Chuze clubs with Team Training and Lift Lab w/Sessions are taking on six straight days of Halloween-themed workouts. Complete one session each day for all six days and you’ll earn the limited-edition Hell Week finisher shirt.

Check your club schedule, make sure your email is up to date at the front desk, and get ready to work for it.

Sir Valentino comes to Chuze with his dad, a veteran living with PTSD, to support him as he prioritizes both his physical and mental health.

Because sometimes, more support means having your best friend right there beside you.

We’ll be sharing more member stories like this throughout our birthday month as we celebrate 18 years of showing up for one another!

Due to scheduled maintenance and cleaning, our Spa will be temporarily closed tomorrow morning, Thursday, March 12th. We anticipate this work to only last a few hours, and plan to reopen it that afternoon!

Thanks for your flexibility while we work to keep our amenities in tip-top shape!💪

Heads up Broomfield fam!🚨

Exciting news! Upgrades are in motion at Chuze Broomfield - the new HVAC equipment has arrived, and we’re ready to start installations. To safely complete part of this work, the club will be temporarily closed on Thursday, 12/11 starting at 6:00am. We anticipate reopening in the afternoon and will send an email and post to this Broomfield location page when the work is complete!

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have on your workouts, and invite all members to work out at any nearby Chuze location during this closure! 💪

We’ll see you back in the club in the afternoon! Thanks for your patience and support as we continue to improve your club.
