Crystal family were so excited to bring back our sound healing meditation teacher training program certified with yoga alliance!!
This program incorporates Chakra Tuned Quartz singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, Gong therapy and more!
Sound Therapy techniques vary but all involve the application of sound waves and harmonic vibrations to the body through the use of instruments, including the human voice!!
Sound helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using entrainment. Entrainment synchronizes our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave cam attune to.
By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves and it then becomes possible to down shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep)

Yoga is all about your journey and your journey alone. It’s connecting with yourself loving yourself and growing for yourself. The pose I’m doing is the mermaid which of course I wanted so badly to do because I’m a mermaid you know. I was able to achieve it at the beginning of my practice but not to its fullest intent. I kept pushing myself and I know can fully claim my mermaid abilities I did it on the water on my board. I was able to flow right into it unlike when I was meeting up with the ground. I finally found the connection not only to the ground but the water . Yoga is connection connect yourself to your true self day by day , moment by moment. I really can’t wait to show you all in my classes I’ll be teaching how to connect and love yourself and be your biggest cheerleader. If y’all are interested in learning and also taking a trip out to Missouri City , Texas to join me in the beautiful Crystal yoga studio amongst the beautiful crystals or come connect to the water with me on the weekends with me. I can’t wait to see y’all there with me.

It’s my baby that made me a mommy first 12th birthday man my memories all are running back and man we have been through some adventures. The growth I’ve seen in you and the growth you have helped me go through is unreal. You’re a bold beautiful soul you always have been . The fact that you don’t ever let anyone burst your bubble when it comes to your fashion and the things that you enjoy is an amazing gift to have . You have a way with animals unlike I’ve ever seen. You are talented and beautiful and have an amazing personality continue to believe in all of your worth my baby girl mama is always rooting for you no matter what you want. I’m gonna stay . Don’t worry about a thing you are the whole package. Don’t ever be intimidated you can and will take on the world in the way it needs. With love and passion. Happy birthday my P pie .
