The Speed and Strength Camp will be Postponed!

Due to unsure weather circumstances we will be postponing the strength and speed camp. We are hoping for next weekend, February 1st and 2nd at the same time 9am-11am both days.
We will bne sure to keep everyone updated if we have any further changes or updates.

We hope everyone stays safe and warm, and we will see you when the weather is back above 50 Degrees!

Join us for our strength and speed camp designed to help young athletes master fundamental movements and improve strength, speed, and confidence; through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate training. Focusing on basic movements and movement patterns that build a solid foundation for athletic performance.
