How long have you been training at Officium: Joined Dec 2024

What was your initial fitness goal, and how has it evolved?
Initially I joined to help encourage my wife to get up and work out in the mornings. Now, at my age, I’m just trying to maintain (and gain) strength and improve joint health.

What is your favorite movement or lift, and which one do you dread:
Favorite: Rowing Machine, Dread: Any variation of Burpee, Wall Walks, Handstand anything

What keeps you motivated to show up on early mornings or tough days: Trying to get stronger than my sister.

Tell us one fun or surprising fact about you that most people don't know
I’m a big Pearl Jam fan. I saw them for the first time in high school in Louisville, and most recently at Wrigley Field in 2024 with the same group of friends.

What’s your Favorite OC memory? My second Murph attempt. It was not perfect, but I improved quite a bit from my first time and I was not nearly as sore afterwards.
