Good afternoon! Here are some pictures from this weeks virtual classes that we had on Zoom!

We will be sending out an email with the schedule for all the classes that we will be offering during this time. Please send your email address to Inspire Fitness through the Remind App if you have not done so already so that you may be added to the email list and have access to our classes. We will have 1 meeting and password that will be used everyday at 7pm and 1 meeting and password for the Saturday class.
