Do you love a good ritual? We sure do. This Sunday marks the SECOND of TWO Full Moons this month and Carrie will be leading a gathering to connect in community, move gently, and settle into meditation while setting intentions for the next lunar cycle. Through accessible practices like Yin or Restorative Yoga, breathwork, Qi Gong, and other nourishing rituals, we honor the fullness of the moon, and of ourselves, as we open to the wisdom of what is yet to unfold.
Sunday, May 31st
6:00-7:30pm
This May Blue Moon shines as a rare and powerful celestial moment, representing both culmination and renewal within the heart of spring. As the second full moon of the month, it amplifies the season’s energy of growth, abundance, and transformation, much like blossoms continuing to flourish under lengthening days. Spiritually, it invites reflection on how far you’ve come while encouraging you to break through limitations and embrace your path with bold confidence. Beneath its radiant glow, we’re reminded to trust in divine timing, celebrate our evolution, and stay open to the unexpected magic still unfolding.
No previous yoga experience required.

A Wonderful Mid-Week Reset
✨ Gentle Hatha Yoga with Barbara Scott
6:30–7:30pm every Wednesday Evening ✨
Our Gentle Hatha Yoga class continues with a new instructor, Barbara Scott, who is a familiar and welcoming presence in our studio community.
Barbara received her 200-hour certification through the Anahata Center for Yoga and Wellness (2006), brings years of experience and a calm, grounded approach to her teaching, emphasizing slow, intentional movement coordinated with the breath and guided meditation to support both physical ease and mental clarity.
With a focus on accessibility, alignment, and mindfulness, she creates a supportive space for students to build awareness, confidence, and connection, on and off the mat, making it an ideal class for both beginners and those with an established yoga practice.
Rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga principles, this class offers a soothing transition from the day into a restful evening, beginning with gentle, accessible movement to release tension and improve mobility, and gradually softening into deeper relaxation with an extended rest, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and at ease.
