They often don’t know where to start.
One valuable trick is to ask themselves what the most confident version of themselves looks like. Then ask himself “why” 5 times in a row, until they’ve really dug down deep into what motivates them.
Try this exercise now, and see what you dig up. I know you’ll feel inspired.
