Their vision was twofold: to create a facility to help get people into the best shape of their lives and to create a tight knit community of athletes of all fitness levels and walks of life. ✨ Meet Our New STEAM Teacher – Ms. Shelley Orr!

We are excited to share that Ms. Shelley Orr will be transitioning from her role as our K-2 Indian Education Interventionist and Parent Liaison to our new K-5 STEAM Teacher!

What is STEAM? 🤔

🎨 Arts
➗ Mathematics

STEAM provides students with hands-on learning opportunities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation while making meaningful connections to what they are learning in their classrooms.

Every Kindergarten through 5th grade class will visit Ms. Orr’s STEAM Classroom during their activity rotation. Students will participate in engaging, hands-on activities designed to enhance and extend the concepts and skills they are learning with their classroom teachers.

Ms. Orr brings a wealth of experience, a heart for students, and a passion for making learning meaningful and fun. We know she is going to do an incredible job inspiring our Black Knights to think, create, explore, and innovate!
