Okay yall so I recently went on a trip woke up this morning with a sore throat and very tired. I had a covid test and strep test done but I will have to cancel lesson this week for sure and next week will be determined on what my test results come back as. Pretty sure it’s allergies cause I’m sneezing like crazy jusy being on the safe side. Thanks for understanding!

Just a little tip for my girls! Can’t stress this enough about taking care of your body especially when it’s cold and muscles are tight!
Also parents with cold weather Upon us ill be offering 30min sessions as well. Hopefully I’ll find some where in doors soon but until then I’ll be offering 30 mins and 1 hr sessions. Stay warm and stay healthy!
