You can sign up for the Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday slots. Dumbbells, full squat rack, kettlebells, cable machine, slam balls, concept II rower, treadmill, peloton, and more! All kinds of variety for a great workout! Bootcamp format, circuit training, calisthenics, flexibility, and baseline nutrition. Its more than a class, its an experience!
