Yoga with Elizabeth

A little life update:

School is 💖done💖 and I’m taking a little break while winter winters! I’m working behind the scenes (screens? ) on what’s next for me with putting my degree to good use and what stepping back into the yoga world will look like come spring.

Graduating with high distinction took a lot of hard work, my brain needed a little rest after! I plan on coming back to creating content on this account related to yoga and lifestyle. It will be less straight promotion of classes (but when I’m teaching again info will be shared!) and more of a combination of usable content (think meditations, yoga check-ins, recipes) and aesthetic content that I enjoy creating that aligns with those topics because that kind of creation brings me joy!

In the meantime I’m working part time as a receptionist where Sophia goes to gymnastics 🤸‍♀️ since we’re there all the time anyway 😂 and I’m really enjoying it!

After giving it a lot of thought, I’ve decided to step back from teaching yoga until the beginning of 2026. At that point I’ll have completed my Communication and Media Arts program. I’m looking forward to having more time to focus on teaching yoga classes, along with taking on public relations (social media/website management, content creation, and branding) clients in 2026. Thank you so much for your continued support, and know that I’ll still be sharing yoga and wellness content here! 💖
