Melvins Kayak Fishing

Adirondack tournament completed today. I am just happy to have got a limit today. Top 4 were only in the 80” so anything was possible.

Cooking my lunch why I reorganize the kayk setup!! Been trolling alot more trying to figure out those darn walleye lol.

What a great few trips st Lake Erie. Kinda surprised that the wind has been calm and fishing has gotten better. Starting trolling for walleye and got one but lost at him at the kayak. A guy I met says they are at 35ft in 54ft of water right now.

Trying out some bank fishing. Tough to do with a bunch of as****es that dont get what NO WAKE means. I will be bring my kayak down in these rivers most likely Friday.

Yet another fantastic weekend at the Wisconsin Fishing expo. Met some really good people again this year. Had the privilege of video recording Greg Huat during his seminar. Got to meet Ish Monroe Professional Angler and listen to his seminar giving out a ton of secrets from the years he spent on the tour fishing Professionally. Also got to hang out with Rockford Luthern fishing team also purchased some of their custom lures. My fiance and I have decided to donate the cost associated with the entire teams fishing shirts including both coaches!

Well that was a waste of 3k on FFS and a 10" screen for my kayak. They just banned using both a trolling motor and the sonar at the same time. You must pick one or the other to use during a tournament.

My year of fishing has wrapped up here in Illinois. Tons of rough days on the water but learned alot on how to use my graphs!!
