It was a blast watching the ladies during our team building event! There was a lot of team work, communications, laughs, and marshmallows flying!

The Buffalo Regals 16U Girls TB had our first tournament of the season in Connecticut. Coach Don and Coach Deanna returned on the bench but we are excited about the addition of Coach Bri and Coach Russ. What a wonderful group of girls and parents we have this season! Can’t wait to keep everyone updated on what we feel will be a wonderful season!

Last weekend the ladies lost 1-0 against the Mississauga Hurricanes in the TCS Winter Classic championship. It was a game like no other! The girls gave everything they had on the ice. We are so proud of them!!!
