Oh what a weekend. Amherst Lightning took 1st place in the Guelph tournament. We had some excellent pitching from Nicki, Sammy, Maddie and Kayden. Aggressive catching from Elise, Sammy and Kylie. We had 6 home runs this weekend
2 from Lexi, 2 from Marlee, 1 from Maddie and 1 Layla. Some aggressive base running from Payton, Nicki, Elise and Kayden. All the girls we on point in the field. AWESOME job girls

A weekend of softball, spirit boxes swimming and fun. The moms got in on it too. (We missed you Dawn Wilke). These girls rallied through fog rain and heat all in one weekend. Go Lightning.!!

Our players of the game today was Kylie and Nicki. Kylie stayed aggressive in her fielding and stealing bases. She also had some amazing hits. Nicki was on 🔥 fire with her pitching. She also was aggressive in her fielding all day. Great job ladies.
