Loving yourself is exhausting😰

Biz rules I don’t follow🔥

When my client J first came to me she was so stuck on making 💰 that she wasn’t understanding why her biz just hasn’t taken off yet.

She kept changing directions, but also beating herself up b/c she wasn’t where she thought she should be (comparing herself to others she saw, who were not on the same playing field🙄)….picture businesses that had been around for years & weren’t brand new creating a following.

Let me break down the cycle:

👉🏻No one would buy what she was selling😢
👉🏻She’d pull the plug😵
👉🏻2 weeks later, she’d share some more great content (selling something else)🤩😬

She kept blaming the lack of sales on the products because they weren’t selling🥴

Truth is, she wasn’t even interested in selling those products😑 – she was only interested in selling them to make 💰, but what she really wanted was to put smiles on the faces of women & make them feel good about themselves😍

It wasn’t until she realized her own mayhem was causing her to not make 💰. She needed to quit focusing on the results aka 💰& start to focus on what put a 😁 on her face!

Once she removed the fact that she NEEDED to make 💰 from the equation, she started to get clear on how she wanted her biz & her life to look. She felt the 😁 on her own face & after that she was able to put smiles on the faces of other women🤩

My clients and I don’t follow the typical biz rules, we make our own damn rules!🥳We do 💩 our own way b/c we have our own lifestyle dreams.

That’s what I asked myself as I reflected on 2021. Not only did I add an extra layer of complication to my week (how many of you can infuse 💉a 3 year old?) but I consistently did it, all while thriving in my biz, my 9-5 & teaching my daughter 6th grade math, which let’s be real, that’s hard af!🥳

I know the only way that I’ve been able to accept how I accomplished everything I did over the last 2 years was to acknowledge that I actually did it! It’s been a bit..hi, I’m Ashley, the one who works a 9-5, homeschools 2 kids, runs an online coaching biz, on call RN & wife🥳

Mayhem doesn’t always mean destruction or sabotage, it means explosive positivity that leads us to the freedom lifestyle we’ve desired for so long.

The first step I’ve found to channeling my inner mayhem was to accept it!🤯

So many times when we are hit head on with something we 🏃🏼‍♀️ from it, as fast as we can. I’ve been there and done that far too many times!

When I started to understand the mayhem in my life the 🌎 became more fun for me. I embraced my mayhem by giving more time to myself (insert odd need to play with makeup that makes me feel like a complete beautiful badass), which made me happier, which made my family happier. See a pattern? 

The simplest things can turn your mind around & once you cause some mayhem you can easily see what they are & adapt to them. I’ve perfected this for the last 2 years within my own personal life & running my biz🙌🏻
