Bringing Bringing Lacrosse Equipment and instruction to Africa's Youth

02/05/2026

To all our African lacrosse friends, we have an entire storage unit full of lacrosse equipment that was donated in New Jersey.

If you have the ability to facilitate shipping from the storage unit to your location in Africa, please reach out.

Let’s get sticks in hands and keep growing the game.

Africa Sticks is excited to announce some special news! In the words of Andrew Crookston, co-founder of Africa Sticks…”l am excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic journey at Brigham Young University! First and foremost, I want to thank God for guiding me and blessing me with the opportunity to pursue my dreams. I am incredibly grateful for my parents, whose constant support and sacrifices have made this possible. Thank you to all my teammates and coaches that have pushed me to grow into the player I am today. I would like to thank Coach Albert, Coach Dom, and Coach Jimmy for the support during the recruiting process. I would also like to thank Coach Greenway for introducing me to lacrosse in 8th grade and being a mentor to me. I’ve been very fortunate to play for Williamsville East, Performax, and Team Buffalo throughout my high school career. Finally, l’d like to thank Coach Schneck for giving me this opportunity. Go Cougs!”

The Ouallo Kouya Foundation is excited to announce the inauguration of our first school in Côte d’Ivoire. It is located in the remote Village of Seh, deep in the rainforest. Before this children have been walking 5 km each direction to attend school. There are six classrooms 1-6 grades. It will serve 150 children and is already at capacity.

The villagers contributed by helping to prepare the land, dig the foundations, make the bricks, and build the structure. Thanks to our donors who made this possible. Please reach out to [email protected] or [email protected] to see how you can help support our efforts.
