3rd week in with

3 week progress check in with ! Alyssa struggles with eating enough, and eating enough of the right foods. We have been working on a mini bulk and nutrition over haul with a focus on weight training. The left photo is our end of three weeks and the right is day one of week one! Small changes happen immediately, big changes take time! Lower belly is more lifted and her shape is starting to fill out! We love to see it. Great job Lyss!
